What is Independent Living?​

The Nevada TRIP interactive website is a powerful tool helping students with disabilities, their parents, and educators navigate the process from elementary to middle to high school and beyond to adult life and independence.

It’s publicly available through a Visitor’s Pass and offers student registration in three pilot districts: Carson City, Humboldt and White Pine. 

There are more districts to come soon!

  • Spring 2026: Douglas, Nye, Pershing
  • Spring 2027: Elko, Eureka, Lander, Lincoln, Lyon, Washoe
  • Spring 2028: Churchill, Clark, Esmeralda, Mineral, Storey, and the State Public Charters
